Hooray for a week that is gaining popularity every year since its induction, back in 1995. Random Acts of Kindness week has kicked off and we want to share with you how Happy Little Camper contributed to it, and hopefully spread a little joy your way and inspire you to commit to a random act of kindness.
We were excited to donate our goods to an organization that benefits the lives of babies, toddlers and parents. The diaper bank, Babies Need Bottoms is a nonprofit organization that works diligently in helping families who are in need in Western North Carolina. Being able to help low-income families with basic diapering needs to alleviate an average cost of $75.00 per month makes the donation that much more rewarding. We love hearing that our donations are making a difference for the better.
There are so many ways to show kindness this week. It can be very simple such as a text to an old friend you haven't spoken to for awhile, a lunch date with your mom or you can drop off donations at a local women’s shelter. Remember, a little goes a long way - This is the week to allow your heart to do the work.
