Cancellation policy
Customers may choose between a one-time purchase or a subscription order for Happy Little Camper products.
Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting us at info@happylittlecamperbaby.com before your order has been picked by our warehouse.
In most cases, warehouse processing begins by 09:00 AM on the next business day after your order is placed. Once an order has entered the picking process, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
For subscription orders, changes, skips, or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming order being processed.
