Diaper Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of diapers, opened packages cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Leaks, blowouts, or fit issues are typically related to sizing, body shape, or fit rather than a product defect. Our size guide is intended as a recommendation only, and individual fit may vary.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days, OR

  • There is clear evidence of a manufacturing defect.

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit preference

  • Leakage caused by improper sizing or fit

  • Opened or used diaper packages without verified defect

 

We reserve the right to request photos and batch information to assess defect claims. Return shipping & restocking fees apply per the below.

 

Returns

We hope everyone loves our products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note original shipping fees are non-fundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return is approved and a label is issued, items must be shipped back within 14 days. Returns not posted within this timeframe will no longer be eligible.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns are subject to a $15 return label and restocking fee per case/box shipped back based on the number of cases/boxes originally shipped to you.

  • This fee covers return shipping and handling costs and is deducted from your refund.

  • Example: If you return 3 cases of diapers, a total of $45.00 ($15 × 3 cases) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, monetary donations, donated product purchases or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
