Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to assist you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened packages cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Leaks, blowouts, or fit issues are typically related to sizing, body shape, or fit rather than a product defect. Our size guide is intended as a recommendation only, and individual fit may vary.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• The product is unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days; AND

• There is clear evidence of a manufacturing defect.

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Fit preference

• Leakage caused by improper sizing or fit

• Opened or used diaper packages without verified defect

 

We reserve the right to request photos and batch information to assess defect claims. Return shipping & restocking fees apply per the below.
